Superintendent
The company is currently looking for superintendents capable of working as a team at a sustained pace on residential, institutional and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of work on the sites. Monitor the quality of all work and validate that it complies in all respects with the general requirements and the specific contractual conditions. Order and manage various materials necessary for the execution of the project. Write daily site reports. In addition to technical expertise in construction and reading plans and specifications, the candidate must have an interest in monitoring costs and supplies. He must also have very good communication skills.
